Exchange Policy

Returns/ Exchanges:

We accept returns for store credit only.

Our exchange policy lasts for 15 days from the date your invoice was paid. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed, still have all tags attached, and be in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We closely inspect all items, however in the event you receive a damaged item, we will replace the item if it is available. If not, you will be offered either a refund or store credit. This is the only situation where full refund will occur.

Any item that is returned after the 15 days, unless you have notified me prior to that date, will not be returned and store credit will not be offered. If you notify me prior to the 15 days, you will have 5 days to ship the item back to me for store credit.

Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once you are approved, your store credit will be processed.

Sale items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items may be returned for exchange. Unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges:

We only refund items if they are defective or damaged. Of course, if the item doesn't fit or isn't what you were expecting, we will offer an exchange for store credit.  All exchanged and refunded items must be unwashed, unworn, and have all tags attached.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, unwashed, unworn, and with all tags attached, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You may still be responsible for shipping fees when you choose to use your store credit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
